As your team expands and providing you reach your sales targets, you will earn commission from their sales giving you the confidence to progress through the various levels of Sales Leadership. To help you get started there is a ‘Fast Start Bonus’ system to encourage you.
Don’t worry! You won’t be on your own at the start. You will have the total support of your Sales Leader and Area Sales Manager. You never have to be alone even after training, help is only a phone call or e mail away.
New Sales Leaders do have a £25 administration fee which is deducted from your earnings. This fee does however, include an excellent comprehensive business pack.
